Consultation & Service Fees
We provide clear, upfront pricing for our consultations and most common clinical procedures. These fees reflect Dr. Varela’s 15 years+ of specialized expertise and the time dedicated to your case synthesis.

Specialized Inquiries: For clinical services or complex treatment protocols not listed in the portal, we recommend scheduling a Discovery Call. This allows us to discuss your specific needs and provide an accurate estimate for specialized care.
Diagnostic Lab Testing
Because every patient's biological needs are unique, lab testing is highly individualized. During your consultation, Dr. Varela will determine which specific diagnostics are necessary for your case.
Lab Transparency: You will always be informed of the clinical necessity and estimated cost of each test before it is ordered.
Flexibility: Depending on the specific lab, you may be able to use insurance coverage or take advantage of our discounted practitioner "cash-pay" rates.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Dr. Varela is a non-contracted provider. We provide a comprehensive Superbill (ICD-10 & CPT coded) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
HSA & FSA Payments
We gladly accept Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards. If your plan administrator requires a Letter of Medical Necessity for specific treatments, we are happy to provide one.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require 48 hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a full-service fee. This allows us to offer the time to other patients.
